Contents of the voucher

  • Can be used for any hotel service.
Validity and payment
Valid: 6 months from the day of issue
  • The voucher can be issued and delivered by email if the full amount (100%) is paid in advance.
Available payment methods:
  • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to availability, and can be used at any time agreed in advance, except on public holidays.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, but it is transferable (subject to prior notification to the hotel).
  • The voucher can only be used for direct bookings (email, telephone), and reservations must be made by quoting the serial number.
